This waiver of liability ("Waiver") is entered into by the client name listed above and hereinafter referred to as "Client," and Stronger Together and Aiken Enterprises, LLC, collectively referred to as "the Premises Owners." Client acknowledges that they have previously signed a waiver of liability in favor of the Premises Owners concerning the risks associated with activities conducted on the premises located at [Insert Address] ("the Premises"). Agreement: 1. Client acknowledges that entering the Premises without onsite supervision does not invalidate the waiver previously signed by them. 2. Client acknowledges that the waiver of liability previously signed by them remains valid and intact, regardless of whether supervision is present on the Premises.
